Deliveries
We offer delivery throughout the Waikato region and regularly accept deliveries to further locations by arrangement. We are also exploring freight options for customers located outside of this (The South Island & Wellington). Delivery locations, costs, and timeframes will be confirmed with you prior to order acceptance.
Reporting an issue
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged or you have had a change of mind, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and respond promptly.
All of our products are made to order, and many are custom-built to suit individual customer requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, replacements may not always be possible. If an issue arises, we are committed to working with you to reach a fair outcome, which may include repair, amendment, collection, or refund where appropriate.
